been a while now.. here's sth to chuckle on..

if you still do not know, my mom is baby sitting.. well they're nt babies anymore.. one is in primary sch, the other is k2.. so anyway, as always, i'll jus refer them as the J devils..

yesterday, while lil J was having lunch at her lil table in the living room, my mom was screaming to her ((yes, screams again.. she shld really mind her blood pressure sometimes))

so the devils' have this daily extra homework given to them by their parents. happens that a few days ago, lil J was given some english spelling. first round, she didn't do well in her spelling and her mom decided to give her another day to memorise them.
guess what i heard frm her mom? she said that lil J wrote the words on her eraser! lol.. can u believe it? a k2 kid is cheating for her test! what has this world turned into?? rofl..
equation 1: (spelling + eraser w words) = 100%

so today, she's supposed to have her hanyu pinyin spelling test.. she told my mom that she have yet to study them.. and my mom told her to bring it home and ask mommy J to teach her cos my mom know next to nth abt hypy.. and tt lil nutter hid the hypy notebk in btwn the stack of storybks at my hse and told my mom that if

today i realised..
boarding a cab b4 midnight or b4 peak hour doesn't entitle u to be free from the % charges.. they will still start the respective % charge when the clock strikes the time..

gawd i hate those transport fare changes.. wth is wrong with them.. frikking earning and sucking the money alrdy and u're still increasing them to help the pool.. shoot me. ><

MIA frm blog for quite sometime alrdy..
quite an eventful month i guess.

School wise --
currently having study break.. if i am even studying..
having gd grades so far.. so i should really keep it at the standard.. i don't wanna regret.
am liking my classmates.. interesting ppl.. a motley crew brought together.. well, mayb not so motley anymore.

Manga wise--
bought my SlamDunk set. finally! and still have got lots more to buy for the ongoing sets.

Tech wise --
bought a new lappy frm the recent Comex event. $1778.. HP lappy. and it still proves one thing..
Vista sucks big time.. it kills the batt and kills the efficiency of the lappy.
Windows XP ftw.

Life wise --
things happened.. ^^
in case, u still do not know.. i've highlighted my hair.. RED! fufufu..
but its wearing off.. not as bright anymore.. i think.. will post photo when i get it on the lappy.
i need a job. and soon too. the lappy really took a toll on my cash reserves.. ouch.
anyone know of parttime jobs available?

Went to Redang with ling, ying and christine. Ppl! i totally recommend Redang trip to you if you like marine life and the beach! it is a cheaper alternative compared to Maldives you know.
It has the sea that you can nv ever find in Sg!

Had my first lesson of another module yest..
I never thought the complaints will come so soon.. ROAR!!
Hear me rant.

Attended this lesson with this monster lecturer.
Okay, so I know I should be expecting independent learning and no more spoonfeeding but this doesn't make sense. He don't explain his stuff, I have no idea why he's teaching the things he said. How can I learn without explanation??
He says, "Follow according to what I type. I put uppercase, you put uppercase." --Hello? Define spoonfeeding.

After every few point during his 'teaching', he'll ask if we have any questions. For the first time, I raised my hand to ask for help. He came over to help. With a black face. o.O

Then after some time, he ask if we have any problems in arriving at the same point as him.. another person raised the hand. He went over, with a black face, and made a comment after looking at monitor. "you're not listening to me! you're missing ...." ==##
Bless you for being verbally and mentally challenged. But-- hello? --you did make a statement which goes like, "Do you have any problems arriving at the same point as me?"
Don't bother to ask it if you're going to put on the black face! You don't have to do that so that you can blend into the dark surrounding. We can see the projected screen well enough with just the lights out.
Could it be that I'm too dense to see that you're just politely asking if we have problems. But have you forgotten that you're teaching here? And we're just trying to get some help.
Or mayb I'm spending half of my time trying to figure out what you're talking thru the bad pronounciation and extra 'noise' that you add in behind words. =\*shrugs*

been long since i updated.. hee..

Anyway, during one of the many days.. i saw this Pokka yellow and red packaging bottle in the fridge [thinking" oh good ice lemon tea!"], so i bought it along with some tidbits to snack on.
After drinking some, I suddenly realise the taste was a kinda different from the usual. So i checked the expiry date to make sure i'm not gg for runs later.
so, because it was not an expired drink, i didn't think much and continued drinking..
until the last bit was left, i saw something that made me want to find a hole to hide in..
and i thought i was drinking Ice Lemon Tea.. ==||

During another one of the many days.. I went to Central's Sun With Moon to eat.
Its a Japanese restaurant btw.. the food was not bad.. i liked the gyu hotate dish.. [beef with scallops and some shrooms]

the place have a nice ambience too.. and its facing the clark quay area.

but, do expect the bill to come at a price.. it was about $80 for 3person.. I swear the price didn't seem as ex on the menu.. and it was like 30% off? D=

went to HeliPad @ Central for farewell drinks on Fri.
Music was alright i guess.. at least its better than FashionBar's runway music and Zouk's Sat night music..
Drinks.. nth much.. can give the Helipad Ice Lemon Tea [if i didn't get the name wrong] a try..
The rooftop will be a gd spot to sit, if only it wasn't as warm as it was..
After the drinks.. i went for Bak Ku Teh supper in the area with 3 other colleagues.. yay! finally had my bakkuteh..

that's the freefall ride i was talking about..
it took a very long Q to get to the ride.. and while Q-ing, u'll notice that the first plunge is always silent.haha, it was freezing cold up there on the ride though..

and while i was thinking "oh, this really is a nice.." the word 'view' actually flew out of my head over the next few seconds of the plunge.. it was then that i know why the first plunge was always slient. cos there was no time for reaction.. D=

before my butt touches the seat, i went up.. and down again.. and again.. at least the 2nd time i managed to go woohoooo.. haha

the ride was great.. really! go for it if u're at Genting.. but if you think its too much, go for CorkScrew.. not sure if the spelling was right, if it wasn't.. the name would be wierd..

久し振り！元気？
[its been a while! how're you doing?] XDD

just finished Heroes S2 and... D'ARGH more WAITING cos there S3!!
but hey, its a gd show, i don't mind as long as it doesn't end up like Charmed.. boorring..

been to Genting with my wives.. not as cold as i thought..
who said there's nth to do there.. we can't get in the casino but we had quite a number of things to do! but we can't do much cos we din bring enough currency to use!
*sigh*
had my first foot massage.. wasn't as painful, but it hurt like hell when the masseur pressed the heel area b'cos i sprained my ankles b4.
the movie tix there were cheap.. but limited choices for the shows.. we caught I Am Legend there.. with OSIM massage seats! haha and at only RM16..

Went to the theme park.. was quite fun.. few of the rides i like will be.. the freefall ride [you know the one that plunges down halfway, go up n plunge again], the cockscrew[the biggest roller coaster ride there], mine train[the first ride was great.. consequent ones gets a bit mundane cos you know what happens].. the ride with chair like swings and twirls u round n round like u're flying was fun too.. the indoor ride was alright too.. Viking was fun as usual..
whatever it is.. Escape is like dirt compared to it.

haha Usou dayo! last wk say hopefully will update, turn out 1wk later then update..
anw, yest went to cy bazaar with cx..lol went one whole round.. got off the wrong stop walked the wrong direction.. heng, most of the ppl we met are kind and know the way.. Finally reached the destination and i swept some Rave home.. i was supposed to control cos i'm scrapping along the spending limits.. and oh, did i mention i just bought some bks on Fri within 30mins??
so much for saving.. end up bcome cut cost on food but spend on entertainment..

anw, went to Kuching some time earlier.. had quite a gd time seeing all the pretty sunset skies..[photospam in nex post] nth much to shop @ kuching la.. but the bird's nest they sell are cheap.. much cheaper than in Sg i hear.. the food there are more towards the salty side though.. my Fave meals i had there should be the breakfasts i had @ the hotel ba.. heh..
had lotta drinks during the trip.. it started off @ the airport.. @ the Absolut counter.. there's the miniature bottles giveaway with every 2bottles of purchase! spent so long confirming the flavours, end up.. kenot reserve n get them on return.. must bring out of Sg n bring back.. (TuT) tried to tink of all the ways, get the guy to help us bring out then when we return jiu contact him, sneak out to departure hall when we return.. yadayadah.. but still.. haix Absolut peach+orange is nice! hurhur..

went on the Mangrove boating trip while @ Kuching.. it was high tide, but the tide was unusually high cos it was mid lunar mth.. so din get to see much but we saw monkeys and fireflies.. n pretty skies.. heh.

i was off work happily got into a lift which opens right after i pressed the button... "ooh lucky~", i said.. humming to the song playing from my mp3, another lady entered the lift..
door close, movement stops a while after.. the level's digit went --.. there was a dramatic machine coming to a stop sound.. -.-

"wth?! u've got to be kidding me! is this punishment for leaving a minute earlier?!" i thought..
the lady, who was on the phone, ended her call and looked at me in shock.. lol i pressed the bell and she pressed the intercom.. while waiting for help, we talked a little.. well, there's onli two of us.. i was fine with the silence cos i can jollywell listen to my mp3.. but she looked at me with the "omg please talk to me.. strike a conversation, this is so awkward" look.. [maybe she din tink that way but i saw it that way..]
..so i went, "is that a nokia phone u're using?" [yes cheesy, i know]
lady: "yea.."
me: "is it good? i heard it hangs"
lady: "it was fine at first, then it start hanging once..everytime..*smiles* i was about to say once in a while but it hangs all the time.. so, yeah.. do you work here?"
me: "yeah"
lady: "oh. cos u look v young.. just graduated huh?"
me: " yeap..u tink we should ask how long it will take?"
lady: "yea, i have an appointment later.."
[roughly,that's the conversation la..] so yea, another conversation took place after she ended the intercom conversation..
and we got out soon after, with a help of an uncle, who was surprisingly strong for his age and had a look that lift breakdowns are as common as his meals per day..

15mins being trapped in a lift, one new experience, one new name introduced.. nice petite lady called Sabrina..
wondering what i was thinking when i was trapped? nth much, jus that i wanted to go home, meet my bed.. and FOOD XD...people said i'm wierd.. xD

yes, so as u can see, i visited the dentist on sun.. i can't find the exact picture i wanted,drawing it out is too much of the hassle so i'll just get it off the net.. i used to like gg to the dentist when i was in pri sch.. time off from class ^^ when my name was called, i'll just walk all round the sch taking the longest route to reach the dentist.. nostalgic eh?

its appears that i haven't been doing a gd job when brushing teeth.. sigh.. pay for the torture.. dentist n assistant stick all the gadgets/tubes into ur mouth n do cleaning picking polishing flossing.. =.=

all dentist are liars!!! she tells me,"if it hurts n u want me to stop a while signal me.." n i believed in her.. how could sheeeeee.. i went "arg!", signalled, waved my hand and even kicked the air once.. i'm not exaggerating i tell u, i really did those.. she ignored them.. wad happened to the signalling thing?! *sobberism*

anyway, she told me to use a soft toothbrush, floss regularly and brush properly.. and when i was at the counter, they din accept Nets.. so i went to withdraw cash, went to the comic shop, walked ard the area n return to pay up..XD nostalgic eh?

i was listening to mp3 as usual.. but louder than usual.. then..

A: hello?! what neh word you talking?

after work, i went to raffles city with my aunt. we went to the atm at B1 and, instinctively, stood behind the person who's already withdrawing money. as usual, friday night.. the mall was flooded with people.. after my aunt had withdrawn some cash, i was up next.. halfway thru..

Aunt: erm.. is that..

Me: huh? what?*busy with the atm*

Aunt: ..The Queue??

Me: ... HUH?! *head turn, eye enlarged* Ooooh my god!

Guy in Q: yea.. this. is the Q..=)

Aunt: ...i'm sorry!

Guy: 'sokay..=)

nice guy eh.. hee.. yea, so embarassed as we are.. we hasten our steps towards the other end of the mall..
away from the atm machine's queue.

and while we're there, my aunt wanted to try the famous donuts there.. we arrived at the donut shop n stood into the Q..

Aunt: what do you want to get?

Me: [such a short Q for the famous donut! lucky us..] i have no idea.. what's good?

(then, i saw the guy in front trying to tell/signal to me about something.. and just when i finally got what he meant and turn ard to look..)

Lady: erm, the Q doesn't end here.. it continues over there..

(and there at the back, people looking at us)

Me: Ooooh my god!

and off we go. scurrying away from the donut shop's Q and the atm machines..

started working as temp since mon... before anyone ask again, temp is bcos i just wanted to try.. so without much obligations.. 3mths later, adios! the job was alright, still picking up things which is why its not boring yet.. my colleagues know that i get happy when it strikes 6.30pm.. hee.. can't hide it, can i?

it is important to stay alert and observant at all times.. especially when you are at work.. i've learnt of the importance once again during my parttime at Singapore Sports Council. its a no brainer job.. all i have to do is to stamp n stamp n stamp, keeping in mind i have to change to a different location stamp at stated unit of coupons.. keeping in mind that i should change ,i should change.. so confident of my alertness.. stamp n stamp.. happily, and i overstamped..

nvm, there's always the first time.. flexibility scores.. but i forgot the fact that when there's the first time, there's always the second.. =D no brainer jobs are mind numbing.. you can jolly well turn ur head to look at other places or shut ur eyes and do the stamping at the same time.. neat huh?

"no, you must stay alert! otherwise another overstamping will happen again!", i thought, "concentrate!! alert!!"
just then, someone from behind said,"ninjutsu? what's that?!"

yes, so it was finally the last day of my job, and i ended it with lots of concentration and my third overstamping incident.. ((to sansan, who will nv visit this site,: gomen.. brain numbing happens easily when it comes to me..))
with alertness, i boarded the bus and managed to prevent myself from walking into a guy who stood in my way.. i was waiting for people to clear out from the upper deck at the next stop and the guy from b4 had a younger bro at the stairs.. then, the younger one rushed down the steps
Older one : "what?"
Younger one: "his armpit.."*action says smelly*
me: "pfft (control, girl.. control..)"

up i went and sat down.. lucky.. the guy bside me alighted at the next stop.. by the window, i continue with the observation n staying alert.. people says, being alert to surroundings when you're alone is a must.. you'd never know what will happen.. and i saw many things that i've missed for the past few rides.. so many food stalls at east coast road.. curry puffs, laksa, peranakan, bakery and so on.. and so, i can hear my stomach screaming at me.. "ahh, look at the pretty green trees.. the birds resting on it.. and there's some fruits too.." *stomach screaming*

yes, being alert and observant is good.. i realised that temasek pri is opp temasek sec.. after 3 days of riding along the same route.. guys with rebonded hair is 'wiord'.. most guys look wierd(as in gayish) with sleeveless.. most sec sch girls haf the same kinda hairstyle.. people can look great on side view but not on front view.. i can understand what the guy in front is enjoy looking at the view from the top, from what i can see n hear him say.. (hey, i'm very observant..)

40mins into the ride:
"woo, chio bu.. so hot like a.. ?! omg the straps of the dress ruins everything.. degraded.. eh, uncle don't so obvious leh.."
yes, i am still alert and observing.. i'm highly skilled in it.. *smug look**turns head*

went to sentosa on sat 24th..my aunts and grandma wanted to see the musical fountain and try the new rail link. went on carlsberg skytower.. it was a cool ride, mainly in terms of the temperature, and the view was quite nice..

the musical fountain was filled with visitors.. fullhse for both showtime.. is it wierd for two girls to hold hands and walk ard?

me and sis held hands and walked ard vivo city.. we got ppl (mainly guys) looking at us.. we were thinking that they might be thinking that we were les.. so out of boredom, we carried on holding hands while walking from harbour front mall to the taxi stand.. and even more of such looks from ppl.. o.o is it really that eye catching or that wierd??

so, anyhue, i went to the zoo on 28th with laopos.. laopo qin's bday.. unique selection for a bday outing you'd say..yeah, it was.. qin said the polar bears are gonna get transferred out of sg bcos sg's weather is unsuitable.. haix.. after so many years..

the zoo was rather different compared to my last visit though.. the tram was further in the zoo.. some parts were under construction, so we missed out on some animals..while we went pass the orang utan section(underconstruction).. an orang utan that was on the tree threw a big branch of leaves down and landed 3 feet beside us.. whatever did we do wrong?? =.=

we had elephant rides.. side by side we went and nearly got whacked by the tree branches.. started having laughing sessions during the late afternoon to evening.. miraculously,(with so many constructions going on) we stayed at the zoo from morning till it was time for it to close.. great day spent.. =D

i should really stop watching those idol shows man.. i really should.. just because of the effects and scenes in the show, i start liking so many people.. but nobody beats him! buh呵呵呵 (don't be bothered by me.. i'm just eating flowers..=D) first, its DaDong.. then came the 新欢s -Yalun.. (missing update) on Vday, went out with my lao pos.. was suffering from slight cough n sore throat for the past few weeks and i finally got much better~ da lao po was still suffering from slight cough and was craving for many sinful stuffs.. Things that are sinful tends to be more attractive, don't they? now i know how Adam & Eve felt.. we were walking around in NTUC and going on and on about what we were craving for.. but we can't have them, bcos we didn't want to fall sick on CNY.. but we still went on point at sinful food..

later in the day, we met up with the other two laopos for PIZZA~!! so we are having sinful food.. hee.. but! we decided, 死也要死的“心服口服”.. hehe and we saw kehui and jiaxing at pizzahut too.. so anyway, we went to coffeebean for our chats.. and bcos we still had school the next day, we went home rather early that day..

on the eve of CNY, i went to the flower market with my aunts.. pretty flowers but they said last year's flowers were better and more in variety.. all thanks to the flooding i guess.. people, feast your eyes on the survivors... not kicking around, but very much alive.. =D

its CNY and i'm actually bored on the first day~ just because i didn't get to warm up the good mood over at the paternal's gathering.. my mom rushed us over to the maternal side way earlier than the usual time.. T.T

so, about 2 hrs after i reached the place (and after i've finish watching dungeons and dragons), i put on my ear piece and went to the room along with the comic in hand.. and of course, i did what i would when i got bored..

sadly, i brought only one comic along.. but, its sufficient to last me till the evening.. and i went thru the rest of the day with TV.. how will i live without technology man.. can't imagine..

on the 14th:
went for dinner at Long Beach restaurant(my uncle's treat).. the food wasn't fantastic, jumbo was better.. esp the crabs *drool* but! i spotted something that looked special... taadaa!

O.O and what's tt? green liquid with dry ice smoking out of it..?!

so anyway, it taste bland without the ice cream..
conclusion: never ever judge the dessert by its colour.

On the 26th Jan:

I have a Law test on that day 6pm.. and as usual.. i get bored when it comes to studying.. things started with me daydreaming away about the things that will take place on 28th Jan! *aniticipation!! excitement!!! WOOHOO!!* a-hem..*cough*

So! after getting back to reality, i started playing with my handphone once again.. the fantastic invention of phone camera!! how can my life be colourful without it?!

so, there's the first photo i took(ok, so some of you would notice that its not Law notes.. fine, i admit, this photo was taken when i was studying for the confirm-will-fail de IB test) and, i started my 'photography adventure'...

then, while waiting for my dears to call in to fm93.3, the DJs mentioned something(i don't remember what) and I thought of those young girls and taiwan girls taking those "lookie! i'm so cute! with my doe eyed and pouty smile!" kinda photo.. you'll get what i mean if you go look around the blogs of taiwan little girls.. so i decided to try out a bit.. and here you go!

i don't have doe eye.. my eyes are small, its known to all.. i can't act cute like how those girls do it.. i don't know how.. at least i think i fail at doing that..

BUT

that's because i don't have to.. i'm already so cute.. 呵呵呵！哇哈哈哈.. now, to find my face back from the floor.. it should be somewhere in the house...

after the POE forum on Sat morning (8.45am! to 11.30) i went to bugis with qin. another day of laughter.. qin, i really love you a lot sia.. always make me laugh until tears come out.. proving my tear glands are still very very active. we bought some things and we didn't know where to go next.. so as we walked to the traffic lights.. this was what we saw.

DOTS! 2nd change of traffic lights its still like that.. and you start seeing people climbing over the railings.. like those fans at the autograph sessions..

since the situation is like this.. we had a change of mind and went to suntec's kbox instead.. ling, the day without your company was, one word.. strange.

once again, we sang till our throats sore. guy's singing was very low man.. so hard to sing..-.-

on the 28th: THE DAY! qin and i went to their auto session.. finally get to see them! and i was shock.. i mean IMM opens at 11am right? we're there at 12pm?! and the line was like.. holified de long can! this is where we situated..this is only like 5%?? maybe not even 5% of the whole lot.. i've seriously underestimated them few weeks ago.. reality really hits me real hard..

while waiting, we say those similar faces of O.O and the "WAH!", "omg!", and the popular Qn: " S'cuse me, where's the queue and where does this part of the Q link to?"

- the reply" it starts in front at the stage.. from the barrier beside the stage.. all the way to the end of the food section.. into the smelly corridor with a cafe.. and this is the head of the part that links after the one at the cafe.. this Q goes to the back of the corridor( refer to 2nd photo).. U turn and the one opposite will be the end.."

the reply continues, " ..and from this end opposite us, to that Q down the other corridor.. out the exit which leads to the carpark.. and i'm not sure where it leads to already.."

6plus: they are finally here! they brought us 3 songs, (correct me if i'm wrong) 只对你有感觉, 夏雪，爱到.. they were better than the times they sang on host shows.. good improvement for them.. good for us too.. Stunning as they are, they sang..

xian introduce the place to me.. it sounded interesting, so me and my gang went today for our annual x'mas gathering.. we asked for recommendations on fun but a little brainless games.. the first game (halli galli, i think) was fun for the first round.. all the 五个！五个！ding, ding,ding!.. for a moment i was afraid the bell would go ka-poot.. but the nice lady said its fine (after i asked if we had to pay, if the bell spoils).. so anyway, we played some games.. go to its blog if you'd like to know more.. search for pitstop cafe..

M.A. freak is here, once again..! and very often these days.. why? bcos i wanted to escape from reality.. report and proj are waiting for me at the end of my dream tunnel.. haix.. so unwilling to do them.. still in holiday mood.. morning got online proj discussion, woke up so early.. now lag liao..

i'm bored.. very bored.. and highly irritable these days.. gomen to you guys who got a drift of my flare.. should be PMS.. or mayb the after effect of all the tolerance thru'out my SIP.. or mayb its bcos i had to face the two little devils J.Hoo everyday..

mayb its just PMS.. i was usually angelic and gentle to kids.. the SIP was far gone.. =
so anyway, i'm here when i'm not supposed to be here at all.. bcos the two J.Hoos devils are screaming away along with my mom's screaming.. i could have won them easily.. afterall, the elder one of the two was more afraid of me.. if she shuts up, the younger devil will follow suit and my mom will stop.. mayb i shld jus lock her away someday..

someone wanted me to add on to the previous post on some other small events that i left out.. same as the post earlier, to protect the privacy of certain characters i decided to label them as AA, BB. however, the labels will be used interchangibly for my own convenience.

while we were still singing in kbox, AA sang Jay's Qian Li Zhi Wai (yes, the one feat. Fei Yu Qing), she started off ok.. she knows when to sing the girlie, when to sing the macho.. mid way she started to mess up both singing tones.. Jay was supposed to be macho style, and she sang it the girle way.. likewise for the Fei Yu Qing one.. lol.. so i said, “你阴阳失调啊？哈哈！”

when we left kbox, for some unknown reasons, my legs decided to move faster than usual.. but bcos AA hiao (wan to be pretty) and wore high heels, thus, we had to walk slower so that she will not fall/slip. BB and I decided to make things a tad difficult for her as a punishment for her (who told u to "ai mei bu yao ming" (wan pretty dun wan life) bleah! =p), so we walked faster.. after a while, we slowed down for her to catch up. when AA caught up with us, she clung onto BB to make sure we won't walk too fast for her..

After a distance, AA let go and wanted to drink from her bottle.. alas, she dropped her cap on the floor.. BB found the way AA went after the bottle cap very amusing.. AA couldn't bend down swiftly like normal, bcos she was on high heels~ ambym.. keke..

Hmm.. rambutan, Longan or baluku?! keke as promised, i shall blog on the things we did today~~ keke

today qin, ling and me went to kbox at suntec from 2pm to 10pm^^" ((sing until sore)). we had a funny time there.. yep, i'm not wrong, funny is the word. some might not understand what's so funny about the things i'll be saying later though.. but its mainly for memories purposes..^^

ps: to protect the privacy of some characters the following content will not name the real name of the person but shall be labelled as AA and BB. ppl are free to start guessing who's who. (i know this is redundant but the label might be used interchangibly btwn the remaining ppl, for my own convenience.. thus, AA might not be referring to only one person.)

we extended the aftnoon session which is why we sang til 10pm.. we could have stayed longer.. soon after we started singing, a guy came in and served us a plate of fruits.. and very conveniently, i ask if he had sent it to the wrong room.. with the mike.. Of course, he said no, with a smile, and that's all. So, we came up with the most absurd possibilities while we ate the fruits. possibilities like:

1) the guy wanted to ask for phone number from AA and put a note in among the fruits. Then BB said, "could be that ah! tink i just chewed on something hard just now.." So i was like.. "and u just chose to swallow that unidentified object down???"

2) they hate us for giving them a hard time bcos we called for tidbit refills almost about every 2 songs interval.. ((it was our dinner.. ya can't blame us, ya know..)).. so they put laxative into the fruits and treat us like nice kbox ppl.

3) they got the wrong order and gave us the fruits bcos it would go bad if nobody eats it.

if number 2 was supposed to be true, we would be squatting on the bowl or curling up like cooked prawns by now..

when we were halfway thru the fruits..
~AA: is this a longan? *pointing at the white flesh fruit*
~me: should be rambutan la...
~BB: look like rambutan..
~me: so big how can be longan??
~BB: haha.. then baluku lor..
and after a few moments.. when AA started singing already..
~BB: Is rambutan! i suck le, it taste like rambutan..
AA and me: . . . -.-"
and we laughed again..

we finished all the fruits and we decided to ask about the fruits of dubious source. just then, a lady came in.
~lady: may i collect the empty glasses?? *stares at AA's empty cup*
*we shook our heads*
~AA: *points the empty plate* we didn't order this.. *hand holding the toothpick moves to the mouth and put the toothpick near the mouth* do you know why is this plate of fruits here?
~lady: *stares blankly* uh.. i go check it out for you.. *exits*

apparently, she didn't to come back with our answer.. but we started laughing at AA for what she did during the conversation..and we laughed over something but i couldn't recall what exactly did we say... but it was related to the toothpick look and something i heard wrongly.. oh well.. there were more funny stuff after the toothpick thing and we ended up laughing for the half an hour.. but aneehue, it was stated free on the bill.. mayb it was part of the package..

after we left kbox, i threw my brain into sleep mode.. so i can't rmb exactly what we laughed about .. too tired to think at all.. now i'm brain-dead and highly irritable.. i should go offline before i start offending ppl.. ciao~!

taking cabs these days are so expensive.. and to add on to the high cost, some of the drivers would do whatever it takes to earn some cents.. no, should be "to earn a mere ten cent". yes, of course i know how hard it is for drivers to earn some bucks.. but to such extend?!

for god knows how many times had i got onto a cab with such a driver.. Example: i told the uncle to stop at the orange van up front.. he would drive up slowly and cautiously, to make sure the meter jumped for the friggin one last time(i.e. from $4.60 to $4.70) even if it means driving over the orange van.. and don't tell me you thought i was referring to another van when there's only one orange van in the whole carpark. how common would you find an orange vehicle, and maybe you didn't hear me, a van in this case. maybe you're thinking "its jus A ten cent~ what's the big deal?!".. yeah, it did seem that way.. but its not only one time and it was the bad service i received from the last ride that made me want to blog this..

i flagged a cab on fri.. i was glad that it was the blue cab(you shld know which cab by now) and i saw the "change shift" sign at the top screen so i thought it might jus drive off or something.. but it stopped, wind down the window and asked where i was going to.. he told me to get on, somewhat reluctantly.. i got on and my face went black.. stupid chimney uncle.. he could have aired the cab before enclosing himself in the air-conditioned vehicle. so i wind down the window.. i'd rather have hot air blowing at me than to distill the air for him.. and guess what? he turned around looked at the window and "Tsk!" and wind down his window.. what THE hell!

then we came a stop at red light, he whipped out his phone and called someone.. he had the handsfree earpiece plugged in the ear.. and he put the phone to his other ear and talked like as if the one at the other end of the line was a car away.. i have no idea what was more hilarious- the volume of the conversation, the content of the conversation or the wasted earpiece plugged to his ear.. fine, not my business.. but my life is~ he drove the car when the green light was on and with the hand holding the phone to the ear.. for a moment, i was wondering where in the world are the traffic police when you need them here..

finally, i reached my destination.. i told him to stop at the busstop ahead.. he jolly well drove slowly to the busstop (meter: $5.00) and dragged the cab from one end of the busstop, which he could have stopped, to the other end of the busstop (meter: $5.10).. and its not like he doesn't know that i know the meter jumped.. i was holding the $5 note to him when we reached the busstop. he dared to look at me with that..that attitude! argh! i jus threw the ten cent and got off..

nth much to cover actually.. have been trashing proj for the whole week.. well, shld say the trashing onli started on thurs when the proj was due on the fri. 'sart' rite?

thurs:
our tutor, Mr Chan (but we called him huat so much that i ended up callin him Mr Huat..) treated our class (for those around in the lab that night that is) chikin pies.. we were thinking the pie was those cheap stuff we find almost everywhere.. but nooo, it was from Don Pie Club(happens to be a famous one too, from what i heard from my aunt). the pie was filled with all the ingredients that you can nv find in a chikin pie that you buy.. it has an egg, potatoes and some other stuff, but the crust(?) was da best part..! still, the pie was damn filling.. it lasted for 6hrs.. probably bcos it was big and has potatoes in it.. huat even bought canned drinks for us.. and for some reasons, the last three who arrived for the pie were left with no drinks..

so anyway, we were driven out of the lab by the technicians at 10pm.. and we contd the proj at my place(who's place should we go the next proj?).. one went home to do the proj, two other stayed at my place until the time when they had to rush for the last train/bus and contd doing at home.. left with xian who stays nearby.. and guess what.. we stayed up till 5.30am before we gave up and decided to snooze.. my first time to stay up so late for a proj.. guys, let's not do that again..

fri:
we were supposed to meet at 9am to contd with the proj. i overslept and was late by about an hour i tink. we skipped CAC lec and SAPM tut.. huat's chikin pie didn't bribe us enough to make all of us attend his tut.. only 6 turned up and the tut was postponed.. xian and i ran out of school to bind the stuff cos we're the ones who know where to go.. we handed the report at ard 7pm (it was due at 5pm).. and finally, one proj down..

today:
went to central with my sis.. had dinner at sakae sushi~! (turn into green broccolis, ppl) then we bought durian puffs and chiffon cake(classy name huh? its just a pandan cake).. then we bought a drink to try.. i keep feeling like i got scammed.. the drink was called double Chocolate.. nice name and the list of stuff in the drink was attractive.. but it didn't taste fantastic, it didn't even pass my expectation.. i'm f.o.d. (full of disappointment).. even the drink with the same ingredients sold at the bbt shop, Ocha Paradise, downstairs was better.. sigh.. another drink black listed..

another anonymous person added me in msn.. this is the 4th one liao can.. but i think is the same person la.. cos the email and nickname has similarities.. whoever it is, if you got it from here, pls kindly state who you are in the tagboard.. 3Q you.

*grin* happy day..!
i thought today would be a boring day at school doing proj ONLY on my day! i shall announce that i was super depressed yest nite.. but this morning joey's bday song brightened me up a little.. then i had breakfast and went to school..

met up in rm333, a while later xian said she's hungry n yue said she needed the loo.. so off they go and they came back.. i was shocked to see xian bringing in 2boxes of pizza.. i mean, what's gotten into this girl?! pizza for breakfast?! and two of it??.. and few seconds later i saw the box of cake next to the pizza.. (yes i know, i'm slow..) i was surprised okay.. had 4 slices, or was it 5? and one enormous piece of cake.. the 3 of them said if i don't eat, i'll have to do pelvic thrust.. my god, to hell i will to do.. i'd rather watch a dozen of "hard gay" videos can.. the cake, yes, the same chocolate cake that i spent my past 3 years of bday with.. i had a hard time cutting it, it ended up with a collasped center like a crater.. (..so that makes me the UFO/asteroid?) soon after, i was surprised once again.. yue packed my bag and xian told me i can go off.. just when i thought where to?? she said qin will be waiting for me at TM.. o.O??"wth.." but i left with that puzzled thought.

i reached TM.. and when i finally got my thoughts right (i seriously took that long.. cos i was trying to concentrate on making sure i won't hurl during the bus ride) and i was moved to tears.. 3rd shock of the day.. din expect that to happen.. went to arcade for a while and went to ying's place for chats.. then i went for dinner with my family.. had "dear" chilli crayfish, "adorable" scallops, "sexy" pork ribs(vietnamese style) and my favourite sambal kangkong~ slurp~! reached home and dad went downstairs again.. i was like "to watch soccer?? no ah, at home also can watch.. o.O oh well." and he came home with a cake-- fruit cake from 'Beijing' the cake shop!! nice man.. yum..

and so, my day ended with lots of surprises and good food!! definitely unforgettable! thanks once again to yue, xian, xiu, qin, ying, ling, my family and everyone else who rmb-ed my day!

Sat: went to work in the morning, reached home had lunch n watched a lil TV and *thud*zzz...^^ woke up at 8pm plus(had to study for test) and had my dinner.. was feeling sleepy again so, i made iced coffee to drink.. now i can study till 1plus, or so i thought. aft i finish my coffee plus a lil TV again.. i sat at the table and flipped the notes open and *yawn*-.- "..." o.O!? and i went to bed at 11.30pm.
conclusion of the day: coffee had nothing to do with keeping me awake.. macdonald's iced lemon tea does better..

Sun: auto-woke up v early.. probably cos i slept too much on sat.. had breakfast and a lil TV and burnt some data dvd to free space from my com.. then i went into the room to study. half way through, it was time to go to my aunts' @ 5pm but was postponed to 6pm cos i had to transfer songs to my aunt's mp3 for her.. intended to swim but instead, my uncle brought us out for good food. -.- but i managed to finish my notes..
conclusion of the day: nv plan far ahead.. things tend to pop up and not go your way..

Tue: booked tix for da vinci code. met up with sis and had fried rice at Han's (turned into green broccoli yet, xian?). saw xian and wilson at AhKun's and at cs.. went for movie at 8pm. DVC was a gd movie.. (not the self-torture part..) that part was disgusting.. the Grail was predictable but the Teacher wasn't.. for me at least.. but i mixed up who's who.. the priory of sion and the group starting with V. it was educating in some sense..
conclusion of the day: dan brown is a mad deep thinker who became filthy rich with the help of Christ and the Holy Grail.

went out with qin today to bugis after i trimmed my hair.. not much diff jus neater i suppose.. bought a pair of earring and pants.. saw one giodarno khaki shorts- 40bucks no money to buy.. -.- qin bought more of cos.. laughed alot, as usual, over the meals.. which once again proved my tear glands are in perfect working condition.

at TM, there's this lingerie sale at the middle of level 1.. we were there and qin saw something while i heard something.. these 2 something added up to one thing- a youthful dirty-minded teenager. we saw 2 teenage guys walkin thru the bra section.. qin saw guyA walkin along the section with his hand on the bar of the 'trolley'(i have no idea what its called but its the one that contains those lingerie and clothes for sale).. obviously, there's sufficient space for him to walk without holding on to the bar for support.. n qin saw his fingers moving over those silky 'humps' and smiling cheekily.. then i heard guyB said, "eh, u might as well touch the figure la!" (for those who don't understand, the figure is referrin to the manequin in lingerie) *roll eyes* had the urge to say to guyA, "can i smack u?" though its normal to be curious of such things in the youthful years of your lifetime, pls be considerate and get your curiosity satisfied at home behind the doors of the room, and if necessary, under the blanket and the comfort of your bed.. thank q you.

xmen3: the last stand

today went to central with xian to c levis jeans.. lucky girl got so much discount.. so anyway, ended up like she's the one accompanying me there.. actually no ah, i din buy any thing leh.. xian bought almost one set of accessories when i'm the one who said i wanted to buy earrings.. =.=

we went pasta mania for lunch, erm breakfast to be exact.. seriously, do not eat at pastamania when it jus started business.. the cream sauce was diluted, the baked rice was friggin dry too.. but the breakfast time was entertainin i suppose.. there's this open plaza at the back of the pastamania and it has a stage (for those autograph sessions i suppose too..) there's this band called "chao ko ai" which is made up of mascots of pandas.. the pandas were cute but the ppl in it is.. =\ yea so they were there rehearsin for their performance at 1pm.. the host should go for artiste mgt courses or public speaking courses or english speaking courses.. no offence but the host don't sound like how a host shld be.. and the ppl who were supposed to be in the mascots were, not in the mascots, out dancing.. their locking and bouncing moves aren't fantastic, no energy.. 2 of them tried coming onto stage doing the kinda slow walk which ended up like zombie walk.. like as if the food hadn't made us feel disgusted enough..=.=

we were seated inside the non-smoking zone, the music sounds alright when the glass auto-doors are closed.. when it opened up, ugh.. after a while, we went out to the smoking zone to get ourselves more amused.. apparently, it seems like we were not the only ones amused.. 2other girls brought their food out too for more entertainment.. they started dancing the "chao ko ai" song, so i took a short video of them dancin.. but its a handphone, so i could only c sticks jumping ard.. and the host said that there seems to be crowd coming in (when there's actually not more than 5 amused ppl standing n seated ard) and asked the waitress to wave hi.. no response.. yea, so the mascots (w/o the mascots clothes) were twisting and shuffling ard like they have no backbones.. and next thing i know, they were off the stage.. some time after, the host tried to gather crowd to the open plaza thru the PA.. his English was "da best" man.. very 'sard'..

warning: the following might be considered a spoiler for X3..
so we went shopping aft that.. and i found out xmen3 was out today.. so xian accompanied me to watch.. for those who watched the xmen cartoon, the stuff in the movie might not be as surprising.. but the show goes ard those feelings thingey.. liked the battle scenes.. and ppl, pls stay till after the credits.. we left b4 the credits ended and only to find out that there's actually an ending after the credits when we got home.. @#$%&# i still have no idea why angel is at the front of the poster.. he din have more than 7mins of air time and he's not even part of the X-team yet.. and i thought i saw nightcrawler as a pawn of magneto.. hmm.. some hot scenes btwn 'jean' and logan.. ppl frm youtube said, "bring some tissues for your drools ;D"

one more thing, we saw a lookalike of that "haunting" person.. ying hun bu san-.- i'm off, i suppose.. toodooloo

yest nite saw bleach22 coming out today.. so i went to buy le~ hehheh bleach cures me hehheh it bleach-ed my thoughts to pure white.. so squeakie clean.. m i considered a simple minded person, in a certain sense?? hehheh but i'm left with $3.35 in the wallet..

went to..what's that candy shop name.. sweet delights(??) with xian.. she wanted to buy lays at first.. but we ended up buying more than jus lays.. candy spree?? found the old sch milk tablets candy.. so we pooled in 2bucks each to buy it.. i emptied my wallet for the candies and i walked out of the shop with 5cents in the wallet and with credit of 10cents.. still xian spent more..more than 8bucks rite?? guess i have to get allowance again..

just asked when he's shooing me frm my current seat, and he said, "so fast?! i guess i better get away.." n he walks off.. =.= nice.. time to go..

i jus rmb-ed.. the day b4, i broke my sis's pda de stylus.. long time nv panick over my clumsiness liao.. i m puo huai wang, well used to be.. gd thing got spare stylus.. but duno where to put den she say put back into the slot.. so i jus happily put back in.. den, CANNOT COME OUT!! den we like startin to panic once again.. walk dwn orchard road trying to hit the stylus out.. so depressed liao.. den i say, "bring back to the service centre and ask them to take out lor.." right aft tt sentence it popped out.. electronic stuff frm my home seems to work this way.. only with a threat then it will work normally..

today, suddenly feel so tired.. maybe bcos i jus realise tmr got work.. maybe bcos i jus realise i got 3tut to do.. or maybe bcos qin jus reminded me that i have 4 proj, 4exam(midsem) and 5exam(endsem) for this sem.. or maybe its the SIP thing.. i need relaxation!! i need funny comics!! i need SKIP.BEAT!!@.@ the naruto and bleach anime fillers are killing me..@.@ i need funny movies!! haixxxxxxxxxxxxxx

today went to orchard with my aunts, mom, sis, grandma n, their maid, siti.. had a break at breadtalk.. the mango frappe was not bad.. pricey though.. but not i pay.. so no biggie.. then we went shopping.. actually, not for us.. is for granny.. time passed by and we headed to cineleisure for dinner, which wasn't the plan at first.. so anyhue, we went to yuki yaki(?or sth liddat) but unfortunately we had to wait for an hr to get a seat.. so we made a reservation and went walking ard..

then, yuki called n we've got seats.. saw ppl making icecream like making pancakes.. but need to pay extra 2bucks per pax jus for that.. dinner was fun.. well, i mean the conversations thru the dinner.. made a joke out of the salmon cheese dog(?).. wanna know wad kinda joke?? here's the hint:- think dirty..=) aft dinner was the usual activity.. so i went scouting for my bag.. saw one shoulder cum sling bag, with many compartments of cos.. 30bucks.. but i decided to look ard first.. wasn't v keen at spendin in that shop bcos of the salesperson's attitude.. spotted a watch.. was it baby-g or sth?? not sure but it was total white..130 to 140 bucks..sheez..watches jus have to be that X?? well, so we left the building n took cab home.. so that's all.. looking forward for the next outing.. =)

Sat: went down to fisherman's village(east coast) for seafood.. and i finally settled my craving.. CRABS~!!! crabs in both chilli n black pepper style!! ^^ turn green ppl~ turn into green broccolis... oh, i finally got to swim.. finally! though not much swimmin done..but i did..

this is a filler for the previous day(fri if i'm not wrong).. i so pissed with the firedrill.. waste my slping time.. if only i had jus skipped the lec like i did on thurs.. argh.. went to sch for lec at 9am and i end up sittin in for 15min of lesson.. the previous 15 to 25min was on how excited the lecturer was about the firedrill and stuff that a senior yr student should already know by now.. the lecturer seems to be having the first firedrill practice in the sch, or mayb in his whole life..

i was filling in the blanks for the notes and the drill is sounded.. thru out the alarm ringin, the whole lec group couldn't be bothered to budge.. bcos we're used to sitting in the tut rm n ignoring the drill.. but that's not the point.. the thing is, the lecturer asked are we supposed to go out as told?? =.= nice.. so some replied, "aiya nvm last time oso din assemble one.." n aft a moment of thinking, the lecturer told us to go assemble outside.. den we were thinking that we might b the onli lec group that actually went out.. but nooo the other lec groups were standing outside too.. we made some sarcastic remarks, shall not go into detail.. and xian said, "shall we evaluate to the canteen??" (yea evaluate.. its an inside joke.. its said on purpose.. not a problem with her English)

and so we headed to the basketball court as ushered.. some whined and we(yue xian xiu n me) groaned.. we're like vampires that saw sunlight can.. blazing sun.. we Q-ed at the court and joei came over n held an umbrella for us.. thank you joei.. i kept repeating, "the west gate is callin out to me.. can i jus walk out the gate??" n when we decided to sneak off, they were going to dismiss us.. unfortunately, "the lessons will resume at 11am...blahblah.. " n we're dismissed.. @!#$#@our lec ends at 11am! *trail of pretty words* that was the end of the "exciting" sch day..-.-#

back to now..
today my aunt came back frm shanghai and she bought gba games~! hurray~*raise pompoms* as usual, one's rpg and another's anime/manga de game.. hehehe typical me.. gonna ask her to buy again nex time she go over.. *raise a list of games**snicker*XD

its payday~! got my pay for the month today~ n xian still holding onto my miserable amount de pay frm Plush! "sensei~" (still got one word but duno how to spell so, yeah) but its enuf to irritate xian.. *snicker*XD can c i v happy today.. ^^the games~^^ i'm gone to play.. ciao~

as usual, woke up and on com for same routine.. and watch xin niang shi ba again.. cos my sis haven watch b4.. nice show.. made dinner with sis for mom n ourselves.. spaghetti~ escargot~ yum.. the escargot still lose to the one i had in malaysia.. that was sooo delicious~ but can't expect much for instant (not to mention kinda failed)foodstuff, sighh.. but still the spaghetti is nice.. simple but nice.. and i forgot to go comic shop as planned yesterday..shall go down tmr..

Yawn~ had work this morning.. slp at god knows wad time yest n woke up at 8am for breakfast..(xian goes,"hahaha.. so sad.." =.= sympathetic fren i have, eh?) no 8.25am to b exact.. i actually made it for work! surprise, surprise..

went out with sister lo today to send her fone for servicing.. then we went to watch 'eight below' there.. its about sleddogs- maya, max, shorty, truman, dewey, shadow, old jack and buck.. on how they survive on their own when their master was away frm them for a v v long time.. it took place in antartica, all the nice snow..

Conclusion
first and foremost, leopard seals are damn fierce.. second, luv ya Max!! ^^ he's sooo great, though being the youngest in the pack and made some blunders at the beginning of the survival journey.. last but not least, shaw(bugis) dun provide nice cheese for nachos. which makes GV, the best nachos seller, for me that is..

went to cold storage, bought breakfast, waffles, icecream, food stuff for dinner tmr, yadda yadda.. since sis paid for the expenses, i paid the cab fare.. and, we boarded smrt cab..=.= gd thing the driver know how to drive to nicoll highway.. when we boarded n i told him the destination, he said how do u get to that street.. i was like -.-# yea, qin n some of u might know y i get to this expression so easily.. so i just kept quiet thru out the ride while my sis told him where to exit frm the highway.. yea so reached home soon, n here i am.. blogging away.. well, i stink and i'm going to play with water now.. adios amigo.

today chiong-ed dvd- er mo zai shen bian.. not bad wor.. rainie v cute, male lead oso gd looking at some angles.. kinda like meteor garden, only this time is family type of love obstacle.. go c n u'll know.. still some parts seemed to b missing, no fighting scene as flashed in the theme song and don't have that ending qin(leechin) said.. china(published) gds= lousy.. =.= i'm not bias can.. it's the truth.. nth but the truth.. other show(china publishing) my mom watch oso like got missing scenes.

but still, thnx daisy for lending me the disc.. i'll get it back to u soon le.. if u're reading this at all.. tired.. that's all for the day..

aft that we went back to work-> dinner at subway-> decided to go home.. then cx say got converse sales, but c le still dun wan buy.. i wan sandals not shoes.. muz ctrl!! saw some nice watches frm swatch n casio.. but expensive.. haiz.. money again.. then we went to shop ard, laugh ard.. not to mention 'roar-ing' ard too.. i still thought that thing was cute.. but the kitty's cuter.. n u can always go back n strangle that fibber at seiyu levis'

it has been long since i've last closed down my previous blog.. i come in peace & is going to blog once again..

kk this tone is so hard to maintain.. alrite, so u shld b thinking "y the hell wld u wanna start this again when u're going to close it once more like b4..? save me the trouble pls.." ah-ah, i'm here to start the blog once again n it wun close dwn.. unless someone reported me for some reasons n i'm forced to close it.. still i dun promise frequent posting for long.. can't really trust my habits n "gd" memory.. i might jus jollywell lose my acc details in space sometime in near future like some other acc i had b4..

n u might probably think stubbornly, "this airhead couldn't possibly come up with this blog template herself.. surely someone done all this for her!" again,i'm not an airhead but yeah, i got this template frm blogskins.com.. made certain changes n alterations myself.. n some font size changes by great lord ChuXian.. arigatou once again..
